About Muse PILATES

Muse Pilates offers classical certified Pilates instruction in Scottsdale, Arizona in an elite studio with a comprehensively certified instructor.  Owner Nina Smith works primarily with professional athletes and dancers.  Her clientele includes NFL, MLB, LPGA, PGA, Volleyball, Tennis, Hockey and Soccer players, equestrians and figure skaters.  She is well-respected for delivering results. 

Muse instructors teach all levels of authentic Classical Pilates on both the mat and all Pilates apparatus (including Reformers, Cadillacs, High Chairs, Wunda Chairs, Small Arm Chairs, Ladder Barrels, Pedipoles, Spine Correctors, Barrels, Push Up Devices, Foot Correctors, Toe Exercisers and Neck Stretchers).  The studio features Gratz apparatus and is fully equipped. 

Sessions are tailored to address the specific needs of all athletes, dancers, people recovering from injury, cancer warriors, fitness colleagues, and those who have always wanted to try Pilates! 

Individual, duet and group sessions are available. 

Muse also offers virtual sessions, concierge service and private events.
