Nina trains MLB players in offseason. Sessions are on Reformers, Cadillacs, Chairs and all other Gratz equipment. Workouts include: Core for stability, power, and rotational movement; Hips for base running speed and agility, and pitching/hitting rotation; Legs and hamstrings for hitting and throwing; Shoulders to increase throwing velocity and accuracy; and Grip for bat control and throwing ability. Nina addresses specific needs and goals, injuries and imbalances. Book pre-training for warm up, post-training for recovery, or on off-days. Private, duet and group sessions are available.
