NFL PLAYERS OFFSEASON PILATES

Nina trains professional athletes in offseason. NFL training is on Tuesdays and Saturdays in April through August. Additional days are available.

Workouts for NFL players on reformers, Cadillac, chairs and all other equipment. Increased flexibility, rotation, mobility, stamina, explosive movement and dynamic stability; Core, spine, hip, back and shoulder stabilizer strengthening; Ankle and foot work; Improved posture and alignment; Injury prevention and recovery. 

Nina addresses specific needs and goals, injuries and imbalances.
